CARE PHILOSOPHY

Collaborative care built around you

Cristina built her practice on a belief in collaborative, heart-centered care. She works closely with each client to identify their unique needs and goals, then draws on a range of clinical frameworks to build a treatment plan tailored to the person — not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Most clients see meaningful progress within three to six months.

That same standard shapes the entire practice. Cristina personally hand-selects every therapist at CPA Counseling to ensure each one brings clinical skill, warmth, ethics, and a genuine commitment to real outcomes. Her mission is simple and consistent across two decades of work: to help people navigate life’s challenges and build the fulfilling life they deserve.

Cristina built the practice on collaborative, personalized care. Your therapist works with you to identify your goals and draws on a range of clinical approaches — never a one-size-fits-all program.
