Child & Adolescent Therapy

Caitie works exclusively with young people ages 6–18, adapting her style to each child’s developmental stage and personality.

Creative & Engaging Methods

Drawing on her arts background, Caitie uses creative, engaging approaches that help kids open up in ways traditional talk therapy alone often can’t.

Trauma-Informed Care

With experience in child advocacy centers and crisis services, Caitie supports young people through trauma in a safe, steady, validating way.

Grief & Life Transitions

She helps children and teens process grief, family changes, and major transitions — giving them tools to cope and move forward.

Family-Aware Support

Experience in family therapy programs means Caitie understands how a child’s challenges connect to the wider family, and works with that context.

Empowerment-Focused

Above all, Caitie helps kids feel heard and validated, building the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

CARE PHILOSOPHY

Meeting kids where they are

Caitie believes therapy for young people has to start with trust. She creates a warm, supportive space where children and teens feel heard, validated, and genuinely comfortable — not talked down to, and not rushed. Her creative, engaging style helps kids express what they’re feeling in ways that fit them, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

From there, the work is about building skills. Whether a child is navigating trauma, grief, family change, or everyday emotional challenges, Caitie helps them develop the tools and confidence to thrive — and grow into a stronger, more resilient version of themselves.
