CARE PHILOSOPHY
Compassion paired with real progress
Ashlie believes therapy should do more than feel supportive — it should move you forward. She brings deep compassion to every session while keeping the work grounded and practical, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique challenges and strengths rather than applying a fixed formula.
Drawing on person-centered and solution-focused methods, she helps clients make the most of their time in therapy — building confidence, gaining clarity, and creating lasting change. Whether she’s working with a child, a family, or an older adult, Ashlie’s goal is the same: sessions that are practical, empowering, and rooted in real progress.
